The duties and responsibilities of this school

• The school provides a calendar of operations to follow the whole academic year.
• There will be no discrimination of caste and creeds of pupils.
• Both the sharing of the school's resources and the division of our full attention is equal amongst the the children.
• The school will issue diaries to all the students from class I to X for the effective academic performance of the school. (Not for pre-primary level)
• The school will maintain reporting of all the students every month without fail so that both, parents and school have the correct information of the children's performance every month.
• The school welcomes all the guardians and those concerns to make complaints and suggestions, if any.
• The school will schedule meetings with all the parents once a year on a specified time mentioned in the calendar
• The school will have three excursion trips a year to give as much as exposure to the students as possible.
• The school will give its love and affection to all the students equally.
• This school will give keen attention at all the students and take responsibilities of avoiding injuries and accidents. In the case of injuries and accidents the school will treat the students for minor injuries.
• The school holds several tests every month.
• The pre-primary level students are to be brought and taken back by their parents.
• The students are prohibited to bring valuable things and money to school. The school does not admit to take responsibility of such things.
• There will be a general health check up of all the students once a year. The charge is not included during the admission.
• Each students will be insured, which covers Rs.2500 a year
• Delays in fee payment will be charged Re.1 in 2nd week,Rs.2 in 3rd week and Rs. 5 in the 4th week. Likewise delay of School fees for than two months will result in the students being sent home. This will not be the responsibility of the school.
• The school will give cognition and rewards to the teachers for better performances every year.
• As far as possible salaries will be given in time.
• There will be school uniform for all the teachers, as far as possible.
• The school will try to provide provident funds to all the teachers (if school is capable of).
• The school will provide 18 days leave to all the permanent teachers, 12 days sick leave and 6 days casual leave.
• The temporary teachers are not entitled to the privilege of long vacations.
• The school will try to organize training to make the teachers more active and efficient.
• The particular teacher has to check the courses of study, unit tests, monthly tests and extra activities.
• The school will not allow students without proper uniforms and overall tidiness.

• The teachers of all level are to be very careful and vigilant, as they are to correct the students, not to mistakes. Such occurrences of mistakes will be considered as serious and more than twice, such mistakes would be inexcusable.

• The teachers are to be very sincere in their duties. They should prepare lesson plans for their classes and fulfill their duties efficiently, like checking copies promptly etc.
   

The duties and responsibilities of the class teachers:

• The class teachers should be neat, clean, smart, dedicated and intelligent.
• Definite teachers are appointed or assigned as class teachers, they are to take overall responsibilities of the particular class, like management, arrangement, decorating and subsistence of his/her class.
• The class teacher has to check the courses of study, unit tests, monthly tests and extra activities.
• The class teacher is to send monthly reports of the class every month without fail.
• The class teacher should have upto date information of the class.
• The class teacher must have a meeting with the guardians whenever there is need (once a year is compulsory).
• Along with the other things the class teachers should check uniforms and cleanliness regularly.
• The class teacher is to perform the arrival prayer and departure prayer everyday.
• The class teacher is to be observant as to whether they line up during their departure.
• The class teacher has to have frequent contact with the guardians whenever the need arises.
• Any problem raised about any one of the students in the class should be solved with co operation and consolation of administration and parents.
• The class teacher needs to take care of needs of the class.
• The class teachers should have records of the students and celebrate birthdays of the students (accordingly normally with greetings)
• The class teacher has to keep monthly reports safely and systematically to be able to produce and refer whenever it is necessary.

Guardians duties and responsibilities:
Here at Springdale we consider the guardians to be a part of the school. This requires co-operations from both parties, which will result more productive relationship between the guardians and the school.

Therefore to have better understanding and mutual co-operation, the following duties and responsibilities are set to be performed by the parents or guardians of this school.
The following things are to be performed by the parents.

• They are to come to school once every month for the clearance of monthly fees and other information about the progress of their children's performance.
• The guardians are welcome to contact the school for any sort of suggestion, consolation or complaints regarding the students and their performance.
• The guardians are to observe and check the monthly report of the students to give comments on the report. as they feel appropriate.
• Failure to pay the fees for the month will result in charging of fines; failure to pay fees for two months will result in the deprivation of services provided from the school.
  The students may also be sent back home, if fees are delayed for more than two months.
• The parents are welcome to observe the services provided by the school.
• Parents are to inform school in writing for any leaves taken by their children.
• Once admitted students can be withdrawn any time, but cannot claim anything except the deposit money.
• The guardians can claim the deposit within the end of the session (result collection). They cannot claim the deposit at the time of withdrawal.
• In the case of withdrawal of the students, one can claim the deposit after clearance of the fee for the month.
• Admission is to be taken in the first week of the month every year.
• Different charges like exams, excursions, insurance and all other charges are to be paid at the time of admission and nothing else will be charged additionally except for the medical check ups.  

The Rules for the students:
The school expects very high standards of behavior. Below are the rules and regulations which each student is expected to follow.

• The students are to be disciplined and respectful.
• The students are to arrive at school in clean and tidy uniforms.
• The students have to come to school at 09:45 a.m. and attend arrival prayer.
• The absentees will be charged Re. 1 for a day. if they do not bring a formal leave application from the parents.
• The students are to approach the class teacher if any concerns arise and they can also come to the vice principal or principal directly to solve their problems.
• They are to follow the rules of school.
• If a student causes any damage to the school property they will be charged accordingly.
• They have to follow the rules and regulations of the school.
• They can use books from the library as much as they want.
• They are to use the services provided from the school, like excursions, medical and library facilities etc.
• The students are to take part in the excursions arranged by the school.
• The students should bring signatures of their guardians regarding the clearance of homework.
• Students are encouraged to use English within the school premises.
• Students are also encouraged to take part in the extra-co curricular activities in the school and outside.
• The active students will get grace of 5 marks in each subject in the final exam.
• The students are to help the school clean and tidy.
• The students are bound to take part in the activities signed from the school.

Rules of Library

There is a library within the school. It does not contain a lot of books but it has enough books for 300 students. There are schedules of books
distributions and students can use the facility according to the rules and regulations of the library.
 

• The students can borrow two books at a time for a weekend and they can renew it for one more week.
• Failure to submit the books within the mentioned time, will result in a fine of rs1 each a day for a week.
• Damage to the books borrowed would be charged the cost of the books.
• The library is to run as smoothly as possible and the school will try to manage it well.
• The school library requests all the well wishers to contribute to the library.
